These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the dumpster rental and delivery services provided by TrashGoAway.com LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). TrashGoAway.com LLC is the business responsible for providing dumpster rentals and sending transactional SMS/MMS service notifications to its customers through the FleetTrackPro software platform. FleetTrackPro is a software service provider that powers the dispatch, tracking, invoicing, and messaging platform on behalf of TrashGoAway.com LLC and is not a party to these Terms.
By placing an order, scheduling a delivery, or using any of our services, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
TrashGoAway.com LLC Service Notifications — a transactional SMS and MMS program concerning dumpster rental scheduling, delivery confirmations, driver arrival notifications, pickup reminders, invoices, and service documentation photographs.
Through this program, TrashGoAway.com LLC sends transactional SMS and MMS messages to customers who have provided valid consent. Messages cover dumpster rental scheduling, delivery confirmations, driver arrival notifications, pickup reminders, invoices, and service documentation photographs. No promotional or marketing messages are sent under this program.
Customers voluntarily opt in to receive SMS/MMS messages by affirmatively agreeing over the telephone or in person after receiving the company's full messaging disclosures. Merely providing a phone number or renting a dumpster does not automatically constitute consent. A clear affirmative response is required. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with rental and service activity. A typical rental cycle may include delivery reminders, tracking links, delivery confirmations with photos, pickup reminders, and invoice notifications.
Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent from TrashGoAway.com LLC. The customer is responsible for any charges imposed by their mobile carrier.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS/MMS messages from TrashGoAway.com LLC. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP at any time for assistance.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages sent through this SMS/MMS program.
No promotional or marketing messages are included under this service-notification consent. All SMS/MMS messages are transactional and relate directly to the customer's rental and service activity.
Mobile opt-in consent information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Consent data is not transferred between independent dumpster companies.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
TrashGoAway.com LLC provides dumpster and trailer rentals in various sizes, scheduled delivery and pickup, live delivery tracking via SMS link, delivery confirmation with photo proof, and waste hauling and material transport. All orders are subject to availability. Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment, or scheduling constraints.
Each rental includes a standard rental period specified at the time of booking. The "due date back" is the date by which the dumpster or trailer must be returned or picked up. Rental extensions may be arranged in advance for an additional fee. Dumpsters kept beyond the agreed rental period without prior arrangement are subject to additional daily charges.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and credit card. Invoices not paid by their due date may be subject to late fees.

Additional disposal fees may apply if prohibited materials are discovered.
TrashGoAway.com LLC is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, or other surfaces caused by the placement or weight of dumpsters and trailers. Customers are responsible for ensuring the placement surface can support the equipment.
Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for services not yet rendered will be issued within 7–10 business days.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the TrashGoAway.com LLC Privacy Policy.
TrashGoAway.com LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
