When a customer places an order for dumpster rental or delivery services with Fleet Track Pro Go LLC, they provide their mobile phone number directly to our staff at the time of booking — whether by phone, in person, or through our website. By providing their phone number, the customer explicitly consents to receive SMS text messages related to their delivery, including:
Customers opt in by providing their mobile phone number during the order intake process. Our staff records the phone number in the invoice or dispatch system at the customer's request. The customer is informed that they will receive text message updates about their delivery. No SMS messages are sent until the customer has explicitly provided their phone number and completed a booking.
Message frequency varies based on the customer's order. Typically, a customer receives 1–4 messages per delivery: a tracking link when the driver goes live, a delivery confirmation with photos upon completion, and occasional reminders if applicable.
Customers can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Fleet Track Pro Go LLC. Upon opting out, the customer will receive a single confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent to that number. Customers may also reply HELP at any time for support.
Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent from Fleet Track Pro Go LLC. The customer is responsible for any charges imposed by their mobile carrier. Fleet Track Pro Go LLC does not charge customers for SMS messages.
For operational awareness, copies of customer-facing SMS messages are also sent to internal Fleet Track Pro Go LLC team phone numbers. These copies are used solely for internal dispatch coordination and are not shared with third parties.
Phone numbers and SMS message content are retained only as long as needed to fulfill the customer's delivery and for record-keeping purposes. Phone numbers are never sold or shared with third-party marketers. See our full Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.
